We are passionate about raising the standard of aquatic teaching, safety, and rescue skills across the UK.

Based in Ely, Cambridgeshire, we deliver a wide range of STA and RLSS qualifications, along with bespoke training and CPD for schools, swim schools, and leisure providers nationwide.

We offer flexible delivery to suit you — whether you’d like to join a course, host a course at your venue, or train your staff team on-site.

Become a fully qualified lifeguard 

📍 Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire 

👉 Limited spots available: Maximum of 12 candidates per course ensures personalised attention and optimal learning. 

👉 RLSS NPLQ Generation 10 is officially a level 3 qualification & worth 8 UCAS points

 👉 No previous qualifications required, candidates must be 16 years or older and need to able to complete the following: 

  • Jump/dive into deep water

  • Swim 50 metres in less than 60 seconds

  • Swim 100 metres continuously on front and back in deep water

  • Tread water for 30 seconds

  • Surface dive to the floor of the pool

  • Climb out unaided without ladder/steps and where the pool design permits

Become a fully qualified lifeguard
